CBRE GROUP, INC. (NYSE: CBRE)

CBRE Group, Inc. is the leading full-service commercial real estate services and investment organization in the world. My team and I handled hundreds of projects for CBRE from the brand development of "The Distinguished Company” and “Where the Future Works” to the roll out of the new brand for the Water Garden property.

In 2005, the 2000 Avenue of the Stars building and the remodeled Century Plaza Towers was rebranded as Century Park, a super block area linking the lushly landscaped park and cultural arts plaza. CBRE wanted a new theme as upscale and prominent as their revamped properties. The theme I developed and executed against for the next 10 years was "The Distinguished Company”– a brand concept designed around the lives of the tenants, visitors and guests who would be making the all-new Century Park the most exclusive business address on L.A.’s Westside. In 2015, I headed up a brand identity refresh and a new brand concept that I developed, “Where the Future Works” – designed to reposition Century Park against newer developments competing for tech firm tenants. In addition, I personally designed the logo for The Club, an exclusive tenant athletic amenity at Century Park. The Club has its own website section with pages designed featuring amenities and trainers. I also did a substantial amount of work developing the brand, shown in the Brand Books section for the newly renovated Water Garden, a destination location in Santa Monica.

I and my team designed logos, stationery systems, websites, barricade graphics, ads, event invitations, hundreds of advertising email blasts announcing tenant improvements and space available, even creating a multimedia presentation given to brokers on a pen drive. Also parking banners, floor plan templates and detailed site plan maps. In short, the whole enchilada.

In these brand development programs I managed designers, writers, production artists, outside vendors, budgets and schedules to produce an extensive number of projects.
